Bandwagon is a company based in Durham, England. They specialise in live music events, artist management and promotion. The brief was to create some designs for a batch of Tee's and/or Hooded jumpers to be sold exclusively at their live events. the design had to include the feel of the live event as well as the history of Bandwagon's home town of Durham. New age fun but with a vintage twist. Colour was also a factor ranging from bright reds and yellows to earthy greens and browns.
I spent some time in durham to gather inspiration and attend a Bandwagon event so i could get to know the people i was designing for.

Final Mk 1
Final Mk1 - Photoshop Edit: I produced this version to see if a 'cell-shaded' version would look better than the hand drawn original. The hand drawn pieces won me over however this style has not been ruled out for future work.
Final Mk2: This version was preferred by Bandwagon as it involved their initials insted of the music note used in Mk 1.
PRODUCTION
An early idea of turing the main window into a speaker. Later this became the head dress for the mask design used.
